1Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using any part of the 355 Bet platform — whether for browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or claiming promotions — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, do not register an account or use the 355 Bet platform in any way.

1.1 Age Requirement

Accounts discovered to belong to persons under 18 are closed immediately and any balance — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — is forfeited without right of appeal.

1.2 Residency

355 Bet is operated for and directed at players in Pakistan. By registering you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is permitted under applicable local rules. It is your personal responsibility to verify that using this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

1.3 Capacity

You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person, company or entity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into these terms and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

2Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on 355 Bet. This applies regardless of device, payment method, or email address used. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, bypass account restrictions, or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances will be forfeited. 355 Bet uses device fingerprinting and payment method matching to identify duplicate registrations.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering on 355 Bet. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any payment account details used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure. 355 Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 355 Bet login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. 355 Bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain their security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

355 Bet may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals, during account review, or following unusual account activity. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

355 Bet accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No third-party deposits are accepted — the payment account used must be registered in your own name and match your 355 Bet account details.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit on 355 Bet is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay: Typically processed within minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to two hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• Visa/Mastercard: Varies by issuing bank — typically same day but may take up to three business days in some cases.

355 Bet does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 355 Bet's control.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only released once any active bonus wagering requirement has been met. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting a wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. Your original deposit amount remains withdrawable at any time. 355 Bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

All 355 Bet promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page. General eligibility conditions apply across all offers: you must be a registered, age-verified account holder; your account must not be subject to any restriction; and you must not have an active unmet wagering requirement from a previous bonus unless the new offer explicitly allows stacking.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) specifies the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. For example, a 20× requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets. Progress is tracked in real time under Active Bonuses in your 355 Bet account.

4.3 Maximum Bet While a Bonus Is Active

While any bonus is active on your 355 Bet account, the maximum bet per round, spin, or event is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active will be settled, but the portion of winnings attributable to the excess bet may be removed from your balance at 355 Bet's discretion.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All 355 Bet bonuses carry an expiry period, which is stated on each individual promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account automatically. Your real money deposit is never affected by bonus expiry.

4.5 Bonus Abuse

355 Bet monitors all accounts for bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (matched betting using 355 Bet bonuses); using automated software to play through wagering requirements; and exploiting technical errors or glitches to inflate a bonus balance. Any account found to be abusing promotional offers will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 355 Bet are subject to acceptance. 355 Bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion — including restricting the maximum stake, declining a bet on a specific market, or declining all bets from an account — without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice within your 355 Bet account.

5.2 Voided Bets

A bet is voided — and the original stake returned — under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended or removed before the event reaches a settlement point; a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and the error is identified before the event completes; or an event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing that has been confirmed by the sport's governing body.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets on 355 Bet are subject to brief suspension periods during critical moments in a match. If a bet is placed during a period of market suspension, the bet will be automatically held until the market resumes and then processed at the next available odds. 355 Bet does not guarantee that in-play odds will be available for the full duration of any event.

5.4 Ante-Post and Futures Bets

Ante-post bets (placed before an event's start date or entry confirmation) stand regardless of later withdrawal or non-participation by the selection, unless otherwise stated on the individual market. Players accept this condition when placing ante-post wagers on 355 Bet.

5.5 Obvious Error in Odds

Where odds are displayed at levels that are clearly and obviously erroneous — caused by a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake — 355 Bet reserves the right to void all bets placed at those odds, even after the event result is known. "Obviously erroneous" is defined as odds that deviate materially from the market consensus at the time of the bet placement.

6Casino and Game Rules

All casino products on 355 Bet — including jackpot slots, crash games, fishing games, Ludo games and any live dealer products — are governed by both these General Terms and Conditions and the specific game rules displayed within each product. In the event of conflict between these general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that product.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All digital games on 355 Bet use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently and mathematically generated. No external party, including 355 Bet staff, can predict, alter, or influence a game outcome once a round has commenced. Players may request evidence of RNG certification via the support team.

6.2 Disconnection During a Game Round

If your connection drops during an active game round, 355 Bet's system will attempt to complete the round using your last confirmed action. For games that require a player decision at a specific point — such as crash games where a manual cash-out is required — the round will be settled based on your last input. 355 Bet is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions outside of platform downtime.

6.3 Ludo Game Rules

Ludo games on 355 Bet follow standard rules as displayed in each room. Each room specifies the entry fee, number of players, prize distribution and time limit. If a player does not complete their turn within the allotted time, their turn is automatically skipped. If a player disconnects for more than 60 seconds, they are placed in an automated-play mode. Prize money is distributed to qualifying finishers immediately upon room closure.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 355 Bet. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Creating more than one account on 355 Bet
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended bonus mechanics for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts or macros to place bets or play games
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using 355 Bet to move funds for any purpose other than personal gambling entertainment
• Sharing or selling your account access credentials to any third party
• Placing bets using insider information about the outcome of a sporting event
• Any form of collusion in Ludo or other multiplayer games to influence a predetermined outcome
• Using VPNs or other tools to mask your location for the purpose of bypassing geographic or account restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 355 Bet staff via any communication channel

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 355 Bet's Right to Suspend

355 Bet may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: these Terms and Conditions have been breached; the account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity; or continued operation of the account would expose 355 Bet or other players to risk of harm. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals are placed on hold until the investigation is resolved.

8.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 355 Bet account at any time by contacting support@355bet.run. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirement are forfeited on account closure. Account closure requests via the responsible gaming self-exclusion pathway are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 355 Bet will notify you by email before applying a dormancy maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to cover account administration costs. The dormancy fee will not reduce your balance below zero. Reactivating a dormant account requires logging in and completing any outstanding verification checks.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 355 Bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data, software, and any other material — is the intellectual property of 355 Bet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 355 Bet platform or its content without prior written permission. This restriction applies to all automated scraping, data mining, or systematic copying of platform content.

10Limitation of Liability

355 Bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, 355 Bet does not guarantee that the platform will be free of technical errors, downtime, or data transmission failures. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or external network issues may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 355 Bet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount of real money you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. 355 Bet is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings; loss of profit; loss of data; or any loss arising from reliance on incorrect odds caused by a data feed error.

11Privacy and Data

355 Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on 355 Bet you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that document. Key points include: your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud; your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes; and you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@355bet.run.

12Responsible Gaming

355 Bet takes responsible gaming seriously. Every player has access to the following tools from the account settings menu at any time, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period.
• Session time alerts: Notifications that remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours to 30 days, effective immediately, with no option to reactivate early.
• Self-exclusion: Full account exclusion for a minimum of six months. During exclusion, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances until the period expires and you make a confirmed written request to reopen.

13Amendments to These Terms

355 Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file at least seven days before the updated terms take effect. Your continued use of the 355 Bet platform after the effective date of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining real money balance.

Minor amendments — such as correcting typographical errors, clarifying existing provisions without changing their substance, or updating contact information — may be made without prior notice and are effective immediately upon publication.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of 355 Bet are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 355 Bet's formal complaints process is the first step for any dispute: submit your complaint in writing to support@355bet.run and you will receive a substantive written response within 72 hours. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through this process, you may escalate to the platform's internal review board by requesting escalation in your response to the initial resolution email.
